CAT Online Ticket
When you buy CAT ticket online, you receive it as a print-at-home PDF via e-mail and it will also be sent to your mobile phone.
If you choose this option and provide your mobile phone number during the purchasing process. During your journey our train attendants will check the text message on your mobile phone.
To validate the ticket you can either print out the PDF and show it to the train attendant or present the file on your tablet or mobile phone.

CAT + City-Ticket Vienna
In addition to CAT tickets we also offer City-Tickets for Vienna. These are valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours. A City-Ticket for Vienna allows you to use Vienna’s public transport system.
To validate this ticket you can either print the PDF and show it to the ticket inspector or present the PDF on your tablet or mobile phone. City-Tickets for Vienna cannot be received via text message as Wiener Linien (Vienna’s public transport provider) is not accepting tickets in this format.
The CAT-platform at the airport is a five-minute-footwalk away from the Check-In hall and the baggage claims – please follow the signage.

At the counter in the arrivals hall, at the baggage claim or on the platform – our staff will take care of your requests and enquiries.
Our service extra: You can already check in your luggage at the CAT Terminal Wien Mitte and continue your travel with hand luggage only.
Further services: AUA ticketcounter for rebooking or buying tickets (available daily from 08:30-14:00 and 15:00-20:00) as well as free parking at the Wien Mitte car park (accessible via Gigergasse or Ditscheinergasse) from 06.00 p.m. for 60 min. For your free ticket please ask at the CAT-counter.
