CAT Online Ticket

When you buy CAT ticket online, you receive it as a print-at-home PDF via e-mail.

  • To validate the ticket you can either print out the PDF and show it to the train attendant or present the file on your tablet or mobile phone.

We offer special discounts if you buy annual passes or multiple tickets. Please check our price details for further information.

 

CAT + City-Ticket Vienna

In addition to CAT tickets we also offer City-Tickets for Vienna. These are valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours. A City-Ticket for Vienna allows you to use Vienna’s public transport system.

  • To validate this ticket you can either print the PDF and show it to the ticket inspector or present the PDF on your tablet or mobile phone.

City Check-In

Our service extra: Check in your luggage up to 75 minutes before departure at the CAT Terminal Wien Mitte and continue your journey with hand luggage only.

NEW: Self Baggage drop-off at Vienna city center!

For  selected airlines (Austrian, Lufthansa, Eurowings, Swiss and Brussels Airlines) you can now check yourself in and drop off your own baggage.  In only 2 steps the check-in with luggage is done quickly and easily.

Step 1: Go to one of the check-in kiosks and print your boarding pass and baggage label. Attach the baggage label to your suitcase and then make your way to the baggage drop-off area.

Step 2: Place the luggage on the conveyor belt. Please scan the barcode on the baggage label with the handheld reader. After that, the luggage will be transported away automatically.

Further services: Austrian ticketcounter for rebooking or buying tickets (available daily from 8.30 am - 2.00 pm and 3.00 pm - 8.00 pm) as well as free parking at the Wien Mitte car park (accessible via Gigergasse or Ditscheinergasse) from 6.00 pm for 60 min. For your free parking ticket please ask at the CAT-counter.

Due to current developments surrounding the coronavirus, the Austrian Airlines check-in will be closed from March 14 2020 until further notice. We kindly ask all passengers to check-in, purchase tickets and rebook with Austrian Airlines at Vienna Airport or online at austrian.com. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
