At our accessible ticket kiosks
Accessible ticket kiosks are available in the baggage claim area at Vienna Airport. These kiosks are equipped with an EasyTouchPad, which can be conveniently operated, for example, from a wheelchair.
In addition, the kiosks offer an accessibility mode with a high-contrast black display and enlarged user interface elements, making the booking process easier for passengers with visual impairments. Assistance from our call center can also be requested directly via the kiosks if needed.
Personal ticket sales
CAT tickets can also be purchased directly from our staff at Wien Mitte station and Vienna Airport.
Onboard ticket purchase
If you are unable to purchase a ticket before your journey, you can buy your CAT ticket directly from our Train Attendants onboard the train at no additional charge.
