A non-stop journey between the airport and Vienna city centre in 21 minutes
The City Airport Train (CAT for short) is currently operating with premium coaches at an increased frequency, expected to continue until 31 October 2027. This service is the easiest and quickest option for a comfortable journey to and from the airport:
- Every 12 minutes daily*, including public holidays, (*between 7 am and 7 pm; otherwise every 15 minutes)
- From Wien Mitte/Landstraße (city center): Marxergasse 1b: first bus 5:30 am & last bus 11:15 pm
- From Vienna Airport: Terminal 3/ bus terminal/ bus station 0: first bus 6:10 am & last bus 11:37 pm
