CAT Online Ticket

When you buy CAT ticket online, you receive it as a print-at-home PDF via e-mail.

  • To validate the ticket you can either print out the PDF and show it to the train attendant or present the file on your tablet or mobile phone.

We offer special discounts if you buy annual passes or bundle-tickets. Please check our price details for further information.

 

More than 50% discount on CAT ticket

As a holder of a PRM card, the Austrian KlimaTicket, a Wiener Linien Annual Ticket or an ÖBB-Vorteilscard/ÖBB Employee-ID you receive more than 50% off the regular ticket price. As a PRM companion or as a KlimaTicket-holder with a 1st class upgrade, you can travel free of charge on the CAT.

  • Please show your PRM or membership card during ticket inspection.

 

CAT + City-Ticket Vienna

In addition to CAT tickets we also offer City-Tickets for Vienna. These are valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours. A City-Ticket for Vienna allows you to use Vienna’s public transport system.

  • To validate this ticket you can either print the PDF and show it to the ticket inspector or present the PDF on your tablet or mobile phone.

CAT tickets at the airport

At the airport you can already purchase your tickets at no extra charge in the baggage claim hall from our sales staff, at the counter or the ticket vending machines.

Do you have 4 hours or more to spend in Vienna? Why not take a trip to the city center and explore the Austrian capital and some of its most famous sights?

Chose between three attractive activities: a ride on the Vienna Giant Ferris Wheel, a ride with a hop- on-hop-off bus or a visit to the Mozart House Vienna. The Stopover-tickets can be bought from the CAT sales staff in the baggage claim hall or at the CAT counter in the arrivals hall. For more information visit the CATch the City website.

Our service extra: Check in your luggage up to 75 minutes before departure at the CAT Terminal Wien Mitte and continue your journey with hand luggage only. Only available for passengers with a valid CAT ticket!

Self Baggage drop-off at Vienna city center!

For selected airlines (Austrian, Lufthansa, Eurowings, Swiss and Brussels Airlines) you can check yourself in and drop off your own baggage.  In only 2 steps the check-in with luggage is done quickly and easily.

Step 1: Go to one of the check-in kiosks and print your boarding pass and baggage label. Attach the baggage label to your suitcase and then make your way to the baggage drop-off area.

Step 2: Place the luggage on the conveyor belt. Please scan the barcode on the baggage label with the handheld reader. After that, the luggage will be transported away automatically.

Free parking at the Wien Mitte car park (accessible via Gigergasse or Ditscheinergasse) from 6.00 pm for 60 min. For your free parking ticket please ask at the CAT-counter.

Large and bulky luggage can only be checked in at Vienna International Airport.
