Between May 12-16, the Eurovision Song Contest takes place at Stadthalle

 

Vienna to host Eurovision once again

This May, all eyes are on Vienna when the Eurovision Song Contest makes its third appearance in the world capital of music, following its previous editions in 1967 and 2015. Around 100,000 fans are attending the shows at Wiener Stadthalle - many more join the countless side events.

 

The 70th edition of the contest can be experienced throughout Vienna during exhibitions, public screenings, parties, sing-alongs, and much more. Heart of the action is the Eurovision Village on Rathausplatz, where the opening ceremony on May 10 also takes place. The Euro-Club (at the Praterdome club) serves as the official party hotspot, the Eurofan House at the Wien Museum on Karlsplatz is considered the official daytime meeting hub for fans.
