Declaration on accessibility
City Airport Train attaches great importance to providing all users with the best possible and barrier-free access to our online services. We are guided by the requirements of the Federal Act on Barrier-free Access to Websites and Mobile Applications and Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act). Our aim is to provide the content and functions of our website, in particular our online ticket shop, in such a way that they can be used by as many people as possible without restriction - regardless of individual limitations or technical aids.
Status of compliance with the requirements
The accessibility of our website and ticket shop is currently largely fulfilled. We carry out ongoing checks and optimisations to further reduce existing barriers. We are currently working on further improvements, particularly for older PDF documents and individual functionalities and interactive elements.
Ongoing development
Our website is continuously being developed. We take accessibility requirements into account from the outset for all new content and functions. Existing content is gradually adapted as far as technically possible.
Known barriers
- PDF documents: Some older PDF files are currently not accessible. Where possible, we also provide the information contained in accessible form directly on the website.
- Interactive components: Individual interactive elements are currently still being checked for accessibility both technically and in terms of content.
