As currently the entire station building Wien-Mitte (end of CAT line) is being converted, there are no lockers available in the former railway station building apart from the regular City Check-In. The next station with lockers is the Nordbahnhof at the Praterstern.

Yes; you can access the CAT platform through an elevator both in Wien-Mitte and at the airport. The train floor is level with the platform; i.e. you can board the CAT without any problems – our staff will be happy to assist you, if required. The train itself has wide corridors and special areas reserved for wheelchair users to allow maximum ease of boarding and alighting. Wheelchair users can travel on the CAT free of charge.

It is not always possible to take your bicycle with you on the CAT. This depends on the capacity utilisation of the respective train, i.e. if there is enough space available, you can take your bicycle with you. However, we appreciate your understanding that in the interest of the comfort and safety of all passengers, our staff is authorised to refuse the transport of a bicycle on a crowded train. If you can take your bicycle with you, this will be free of charge.
