Baggage Services at the Airport

At the moment there are no baggage services at City Air Terminal Wien-Mitte.

Porters

Porters are available on request in the airport's arrival and departure halls during flight times. Cost: € 1.50 per piece of luggage.

Baggage Carts
Self-service baggage carts are available at 46 depots in all areas of Vienna International Airport. You can rent them with nine different coins in eight different currencies; your money will be refunded when you return the cart: € 1, € 2, Czk 5, SEN 20, YUAN 10, Sfr 1, Zloty 50.

Near the largest depot in the arrival hall, you will find two machines that change US-$ 1, £ 5, € 5 and € 10 into coins. Save a coin for your arrival at Vienna International Airport – just like in the supermarket. In the transfer area you will find smaller shopping carts at your disposal free of charge.

Baggage and Customs Deposit:
At Vienna International Airport on the arrival level, open from 5:30 am to 11:20 pm. Cost: € 3.00 per calendar day and piece of luggage.

Safe Deposit
Near the baggage deposit area at Vienna International Airport, passengers will find safe deposit boxes for the storage of papers, keys and similar items that are not needed during travel.

Cost:
€ 3.00/day from the start of the first to the fourth day
€ 1.00/day from the start of the fifth day

Storage for Large Baggage:
Cost for large baggage - e. g. surfboards, musical instruments, bicycles, etc. - per item and calendar day: € 7.00/day and item from the start of each day.
